NOTICE:
All import expenses including but not limited to: import taxes, levies, any other duties, tariffs, commercial invoices, applicable taxes, consular fees, permits, customs, import clearance, any necessary documentation imposed by the country of destination, discharging cost and any related expenses and discharge port fees are for the account of the buyer and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

SHIPMENTS:
12,500 MT; 25, 000 MT; 50,000 MT OR 100,000/ 200,000 MT OR MORE AS PER BUYER REQUEST.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE:
INITIAL SHIPMENT WITHIN 30-45 DAYS AFTER BUYER’S L/C IS APPROVED.
DELIVERY DATE TO BE TH DATE OF BILL OF LADING, - UPON LOADING VESSEL;
AND DELIVERY TO BE CIF TO BUYER’S PORT.

PERFORMANCE BOND:
TWO (2%) PERCENT FROM SELLER’S BANK TO BUYER’S BANK AS GUARANTEE TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT. THE 2% IS FOR VESSEL/ SHIP MONTHLY QUANTITY .

INSPECTION:
PROVIDED BY “SGS” OR OTHER SIMILAR WORLD CLASS ORGANIZATION AT THE PORT OF LOADING AT SELLER’S COST.

PAYMENT TERM:
DL/C- Operative, Irrevocable, Transferable, Divisible and Confirmed,
Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit (RDLC).
This L/C shall be revolving equal to a month’s delivery, based on the agreed schedule
of deliveries and shall continue revolving for an amount in USD sufficient to cover one hundred per cent (100%) of monthly value +- 5%, CIF included. PAYMENT DATE TO BE DELIVERY DATE- TO BE THE DATE OF THE BILL OF LADING- UPON; LOADING VESSEL, WITH FOB OR CIF DELIVERY TO BUYER’S PORT. DL/C TO BE VALID FOR TERM OF CONTRACT.
DL/C MUST BE ISSUED BY A BANK ACCEPTED BY SELLER.- USA, TOP 10 WESTERN EUROPEAN BANK OR CANADIAN BANK.

PURCHASING PROCEDURE FOR CEMENT:

1. BUYER ISSUE ICPO (IRREVOCABLE CORPORATE PURCHASE ORDER) WITH
BANKING COORDINATES.
2. SELLER WILL ISSUE FCO, THE BUYER RETURNS IT WITHIN FIVE
BANKING DAYS, ACCOMPANIED BY A BCL IN FAVOR OF THE SELLER.
3. SELLER ISSUES CONTRACT TO THE BUYER. THE BUYER AND THE SELLER
AGREE TO CONTRACT, BUYER SIGNS AND SEAL THE CONTRACT.
4 . SALES AND PURCHASE CONTRACT IS SIGNED VIA COURIER.
THE ELECTRONICALLY EXCHANGED DOCUMENTS ARE LEGALLY BINDING
UNTIL CONTRACT IS DELIVERED BY EXPRESS COURIER.
5. WITHIN 4 (FOUR) BANKING DAYS BUYER ISSUES DL/C AND THE SELLER WILL
ISSUE THE PROOF OF PRODUCT AND RELATED CERTIFICATION TO
THE BUYER’S BANK.
6. THE SELLER PROVIDES THE 2% P. BOND, BANK TO BANK.

7. DELIVERY IS SCHEDULED TO START WITHIN 45 DAYS AFTER FULL
ACTIVATION OF FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT.
8- DELIVERY TO BE THE DATE OF THE BILL OF LADING- UPON LOADING VESSEL,
PAYMENT IS REQUIRED, AND CIF DELIVERY TO BUYER WILL BE DONE.
